Ryan Judd is a board certified music therapist. He has a master’s degree in Music Therapy and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
He has worked as a music therapist with children, adolescents, and adults for 10 years. Ryan did his internship in Colorado at Boulder Community Hospital. Following the completion of his internship in 2000, Ryan started a private practice. He is currently helping clients with special needs meet their therapeutic goals through music therapy.
Ryan has been a professional guitar teacher for 10 years. His approach to teaching is very student based. Ryan teaches chords, riffs, technique, and theory by using the songs that his students love to listen to. This approach maintains the students interest and motivates them to practice. Ryan also teaches songwriting and composition and approaches this in a way that empowers his students to create great music on their own.
