The Top of the Chop is the more casual dining area upstairs at the Orchard Street Chop Shop. It includes a revamped 26-seat bar featuring a large selections of single-barrel bourbons and single-malt scotches along with a new signature drink list. Adjacent to the bar is a dining area with 5 tables. Here you can choose to order from the dinner menu or the new “Rustic menu” which features a few lighter dishes.
